I bought a new tea container because I bought a refrigerator and it became smaller, and I was very happy to find it at such a great price!
Since it's made of plastic, it seems like it would last longer if you let the hot water cool down before pouring it in. There was a slight odor, but it's okay after washing. The string was easily removed by slowly cutting it off from the end with my fingernail!
I don't use it, but it's really nice that it comes with a tea strainer inside!
